Welcome & Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Perhaps you landed here by recommendation of a family we both know, or maybe we've yet to meet...  I'm excited to talk with you about your pregnancy and the benefits of having doula!

The word "doula" comes from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves" and is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth.

I am a Certified Birth Doula of North America (DONA).

I provide doula service in South Hampton Roads:
Suffolk, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Franklin.
